Description:

Polyimide Silicone Adhesive Tape is produced from heat resistant polyimide film coated with silicone adhesive. The good properties of Polyimide film: high mechanical strength, dielectric strength and heat resistance, together with its excellent heat resistance of the silicone adhesive, such a tape is an ideal insulating product for Grade H use. It has the following characters:
Excellent heat resistance: it can work for a long time at 180℃ and endure heat shock of 260℃
Better tear resistance: it can work on the surface with different shapes and sizes
Higher mechanical strength, better dielectric strength with thinner insulation ply
Self-stick and good bonding strength with less adhesive legging

Application:

Polyimide Silicone Adhesive Tape is widely used in ground insulation, phase insulation, layer insulation, barrier insulation and core wrap for electrical motors and transformers; also used in PCB wave soldering, hot air leveling and other bonding applications under high temperature and corrosion conditions.

Package and Storage:

Packed in cartons and sealed in plastic film bag; Keep dry at room temperature. The storage life is 12 months.
