6020 & 6021 Polyester Film for Electrical Insulation
- Description:6020 & 6021 Polyester Film is a biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film through melting, casting and stretching. This product has good dielectric and high mechanical properties. It is widely used for electrical insulation, such as slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in electric motors, and producing insulating flexible laminates.
6020 is transparent, and 6021 is milky white.Specification and Properties:1 Appearance: The film is supplied in rolls. Its surface should be flat and smooth, and should be free of defects such as wrinkles, avulsions, particulate matter, blisters, pinholes and contaminations. Edges of rolls should be tidy and clean.
2 Thickness and Tolerance: Recommended nominal thickness as following:
25um, 50um, 75um, 100um, 125um, 150um, 188um, 200um, 250um, 300um, 350um
≤100um Tolerance ±5%
100um ~300um Tolerance ±4%
≥300um Tolerance ±6%
